Farmer Jason spoke to 9&10 News to highlight the continuous need for cleanliness and safety within farming operations amid the Cyclosporiasis outbreak.

“You know, you can never be too clean, you can never be too safe and those are things that I pass on to our team. Everybody takes a food safety course, not just to serve safe course, but an actual food handling safety course”

“The most important thing is to pass every bit of information on to your consumers that they reach out to you. I welcome them to come on down. I’ll even give them a tour and show how we do what we do, so that they can actually see the processes unfold in front of them,”
